After graduating from high school, I trained as a nurse and then completed two years further training to become a specialist nurse for intensive care and anesthesia.
My marriage to my American husband took me to the USA for six years. There I passed the exams to become an International Nurse and a Registered Nurse for the state of Virginia.

Following a miscarriage, I sought the help of a talk therapist. I still think back to her with compassion because she opened the door to inner healing for me.
This gave me the desire to pass on my experiences with inner healing. I completed my training as a coach and psychological counselor as well as my basic training as a alternative practitioner at the Thalamus School in Stuttgart.

In 2020, I successfully passed my examination at the health authority in Stuttgart as a alternative practitioner (Heilpraktikerin) and was certified as a coach and psychological counselor.
The following year, I opened my practice in Stuttgart Weilimdorf.
Today I live with my partner and my two children in Stuttgart.

Communication is a subject close to my heart and my personal experiences have made me realize how crucial non-violent, courageous and clear communication is.
Behind every action and every feeling is a need. Communicating our needs, full of compassion for ourselves and others, leads to more satisfaction in our lives and connectedness with our fellow human beings.
When we become aware of our mental and emotional needs and take them seriously, we are on the path to healing.

In 2022, I completed further training in the hypnosis regulation method according to Marietta Veit. This treatment method is made up of several therapy methods such as psychokinesiology and medical and psychotherapeutic hypnosis according to Götz Renartz. I have known this therapy method for many years and have grown very fond of it. The causes of symptoms and illnesses can be alleviated, resolved and healed via the subconscious.
